负责项目销售,针对北方行业石化和市政。 熟悉石化行业和相关设计院,维护客户关系,提前得知项目信息后与销售合作进行项目销售。 Key Responsibilities 〔include but not limited to): To grow sales and market share of Industrial & Marine products through direct sales efforts with strategic national and divisional accounts as wall as larger engineering firms and owners. The Corrosion Specification Specialist position works to sell products to national and divisional strategic accounts and to secure agreements for future business. This position makes calls at higher levels, normally V.P. and above, than reps typically call on and can address technical issues that cannot be approved at a rep level. The position also secures business through specifications with national and larger regional engineering firms and owners that direct business through specifications This position also provides technical support to the division I & M organization. DIMENSIONS: · Directly impacts sales of I & M products within division geography and specific market focus. Measurement of performance is based contracts secured with owners, amount of business directed by owners to Sherwin-Williams and written inclusion into specifications of engineering firms and owners. MAJOR TASKS: · Identify and prioritize strategic national and divisional accounts. · Identify prioritize national and larger regional engineering firms to target for specification approval. · Make sales calls and sell select national and divisional accounts. · Call on owners that drive business using specifications to specify Sherwin-Williams I & M products and Services. · Secure written agreements that are beneficial for Sherwin-Williams to grow market share with owners. · Present papers at conferences, give speeches, and be viewed as an industry leader within area of expertise. · Provide new product and marketing direction to Director of Sales. · Represent SW on technical committees in area of expertise. · Provide training to I & M reps, store managers and PC reps on I & M products. · Acct as a technical resource for Director of Sales, I & M Sales Manager and I & M reps. · Conduct Corrosion surveys and write Specifications. · Write articles for publication in trade journals. · Provide competitor information on products, services and strategy to Director of Sales. TECHNICAL, MANAGERIAL OR OTHER PROBLEMS: · Communicate with internal peer group, sales managers and reps to support single direction with national accounts and specifications. · Staying focused on larger opportunities with owners, specifiers and not spending too much time on smaller rep projects. · Keeping up with changes in technical standards, new practices, environmental changes, while limiting legal liability. · Coordinating surveys and insuring implementation of agreements. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: · Grow market share through buying agreements that are the direct result of position efforts. · Grow products sales through specifications that are beneficial to Sherwin-Williams. · Provide a sales avenue fro I & M reps through inclusion in national and larger regional engineering firm specifications. · Secured sole source agreements with owners. · Present Sherwin-Williams ass the leader in the industrial and marine coatings business.

Job Requirement: Bachelor degree or above, major in chemistry or any other related disciplines; Above 5-years-working experience in related function in multi-national coating company and strong professional background in related function is required; Strong management and communication skills; Result oriented and strong business sense; Fluent English speaking and writing skills; Good PC skill in Excel , PPT; 该职位工作地点在北京或天津。
